NOT a Signature. Designation author unknown.

Verification Details: ЮМЕНИЦКИЙ stamped as determiner of a Quercus det slip. Translated to Melnitsky using Google Translate. Stanislav Melnitsky found to have determined many Quercus specimens, especially in the early 1970's which matches the date of this det.
