Collected: Tasmania, particularly Huon Valley and on mountains, probably in about 1858; Twofold Bay in New South Wales; Walked from Sydney to Melbourne in the late 1840s; Major collections in Western Australia in coastal strip from Murchison River to King George Sound, and across the Nullarbor Plain towards Adelaide.
